Simple, easy, healthy green side dish or dip 💁🏼 Full of of healthy plant proteins & oils. One of my favourite foods, I love mashing avocado into all sorts of food ideas… Today I needed to use up a quickly ripening avo so made this dip ~ Avocado, peas, basil, chilli, lime juice, pinch of salt & nori sprinkle all forked together into a mashy mound 😊. Food processing it will make it creamy smooth if you prefer that, but I like it a bit lumpy. I Will!…be licking the plate 😋
