Mmm Tasty Tuesday Homemade Pesto 👌🏼 easy peasy to make 😳 Simply pulse together in a small blender a small handful of cashew nuts (or pine nuts if preferred). 3-4 cups of fresh basil leaves – I keep a fresh basil plant on the sill in my kitchen, keeps the kitchen smelling wonderful too 👃🏼 4 cloves of roasted garlic, a pinch of salt & a squeeze of lemon. Pour in olive oil until your preferred consistency is reached. The key is not to over blend ~ pesto actually means pound. It’s meant to be lumpy 😊
