I’ve always been interested in food and recipes and the creation of simple and tasty meals that are beneficial. I’m passionate about making healthy eating tasty and delicious. Not boring. Long gone are the days that healthy eating makes you think of simply more salad and banning tasty stuff.
I have an instinctive and holistic approach. I don’t believe in diets, I believe the human mind thrives in a state of abundance NOT deprivation. It’s just been clever with our choices without feeling denied. I promote whole foods and adding in plant foods as much as possible.
Many years in the modelling, film and TV industry led me to write for an online celebrity health and fitness magazine. Whilst conducting interviews with sports personalities and reviewing detox retreats and bootcamps my interest in health and nutrition just grew and grew. Having always had an interest in the food – health connection, becoming qualified in nutritional therapy was a natural next step.
I work with a diverse range of private clients from top athletes and professional sports people, tv and film industry professionals to the man on the street. I write nutritional content and create recipes for a global eatery, I also work with organisations who are wanting to promote a healthier, happier more productive workforce.
As a nutritional advisor my role is to help minimise health symptoms and promote the optimisation of good health. Food is much more then fuel, it brings information into your cells and DNA. Science shows that the effect on genetic expression is a major cause of chronic disease today.
